Introduce a new Task SDK docs page
dynamic-task-mapping.rstexplaining how to use it. This covers both simple list-based mapping and task-generated mapping examples. This PR also provides a link to the Airflow Core “Dynamic Task Mapping” guide.This PR also fixes HTML sidebar table of contents.
